Bosch EPS708

The EPS 708 test bench caters to common-rail diesel pumps and injectors, providing our specialized diesel technicians with the means to conduct exceedingly precise component testing. The optional integration of a cooling system aims to curtail water consumption within our workshop.

At the core of this platform are advanced electronics, ensuring precision across all operational levels. Injection quantities are electronically measured, fostering cost-effective testing. Electronic regulation is seamlessly integrated throughout the diverse test phases, enhancing overall precision. Furthermore, intelligent self-diagnostic capabilities prompt technicians regarding timely filter changes, contributing to optimal performance.

This test bench is meticulously engineered for outstanding performance and long-term durability, promising reliability over its lifecycle. It is tailor-made for various diesel pump and injector types, including CP1, CP3, CP (Delphi, Denso, Siemens), Solenoid valve CRI (Bosch, Delphi, Denso), Solenoid valve CRIN (Bosch), and CRI Piezo (Bosch, Siemens, Denso), offering versatility as a specialist testing tool.

The rail system is designed to handle pressures up to 2,500 bar, allowing for readiness and expansion of testing pressure levels (up to 2,200 bar by default) through an add-on kit, keeping pace with evolving diesel technology.

Safety remains paramount with the engine shutdown feature. Opening the hood triggers an immediate engine cut-off, prioritizing user protection.

Efficiency is optimized through electronic monitoring of service level intervals, ensuring the test bench operates at its peak efficiency.

A built-in database facilitates efficient workflows. The intuitive interface is user-friendly, enabling our technicians to learn and operate the platform with confidence.

The results produced are clear and precise, enabling our technicians to showcase their expertise and service quality to customers through optional printed test reports.
